The City of Newark, Department of Engineering, is soliciting through the Fair and Open Process in accordance with The New Jersey "Local Unit Pay to Play" Law N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., Requests for Qualification ("RFP) for: The City of Newark, Department of Engineering and Department is seeking for a Design Professional Firm to prepare Construction Documents based off the NJIT preliminary concept design, Public Bid Services and Construction Administration/management for the Construction documentation for the Resilient Hope Design. The Construction Documents shall include, but not limited to the services of Field investigation, Feasibility Report, Structural, Site Civil, Storm Water, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineers and any other specialized design professional relatable to the scope of work outlined in this RFP for Resilient Hope Design. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. **Document Notes: Prospective bidders must either pick up an RFP package in person and sign in at the address above, register by email to camposj@ci.newark.nj.us or send a fax to (973) 733-4772. Emails and faxes must include the name of the contact person and name, address and phone number for firm.
