The project consists of all necessary equipment and labor to perform the indicated work in the following areas: Warren Woods Tower High School 1. Procurement and installation of new fully adhered roof system with bright white/highly reflective and/or Energy Star Cool Roof certified thermoplastic membrane. 2. Installation of roof anchors (provided by others) for solar PV system. 3. Procurement and installation of new flashing, sealing, and terminations. 4. Removal of lighting protection equipment on area of roof being replaced. The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner, which right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Owner. Such cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned to all except the three lowest bidders for each contract within five (5) days after the opening of bids, and the remaining cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned promptly after the Owner and the accepted bidders have executed the Contract, or if no award has been made, within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening of bids, upon demand of the bidder at any time thereafter, so long as he has not been notified of the acceptance of his bid. SCHEDULE: A. Material should be ordered and delivered in time for June 17, 2024 site mobilization B. Installation should be complete with manufacturer warranty sign-off by July 29, 2024.
