The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for Rolling Fire Door and Shutters Services, at West Point, NY. This is a base + 4 option years. The period of performance is listed below: Base Year 22 April 2024 through 21 April 2025 1st Option Year 22 April 2025 through 21 April 2026 2nd Option Year 22 April 2026 through 21 April 2027 3rd Option Year 22 April 2027 through 21 April 2028 4th Option Year 22 April 2028 through 21 April 2029 This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business under NAICS code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is J054.
