The Flanders Valley Wells #2 Generator Replacement project includes generator replacement at existing Flanders Valley #2 production well facility. Improvements at the sites include selective demolition and removal of existing generator and Automatic Transfer Switch and furnishing and installing new 350kW standby diesel generator and Automatic Transfer Switch at Well #2. Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials to complete this work. Supplemental bid item to include the demolition and removal of existing generator and furnishing and installing new 350kW standby diesel generator and Automatic Transfer Switch at Well #1. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security, by way of a certified check, cashier s check, or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, made payable to the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority. The MCMUA reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any and all proposals that substantially or materially deviate from the specifications and other required bid documents, and further reserves the right to waive immaterial irregularities and informalities in the proposals in accordance with applicable law.
