The Mt. Olive Motor Control Center Improvements project includes electrical upgrades to existing Mt. Olive Solid Waste Transfer facility. Improvements include selective demolition, furnishing and installing motor control center including all necessary work complete in place. Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials to complete this work. Impact to electrical service shall be limited. The Contract will allow 240 CCD for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security, by way of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, made payable to the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority ("MCMUA") Bidder Requirements: Bidder must comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., and NJAC 17:27.
