SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking qualifications for full design services (construction documents, bidding, and construction administration), of an architectural/engineering team for Project 1497 CWB Replace RTU-1 & ACCU-4 Cooling Equipment. The work is to include the removal and replacement of RTU-1 and the removal and replacement of ACCU-4 Cooling Equipment. Scope of work to include Siemens controls and roof patch as necessary. Contract term: 390 Calendar Days The State University of New York Upstate Medical University reserves the right to reject any or all Qualification packages.
