Renovation of a mixed-use development in Harvey, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid Results - Brooks - Olsson Roofing Company, Inc - $ 550,000.00 Whittier - Olsson Roofing Company, Inc - $ 320,000.00 The Contractor shall be required to furnish sufficient insurance to School District 152 against any and all claims which might arise for damages to persons or property due to the negligence of the Contractor or Subcontractors, or their officers, agents, employees or servants, during the construction of said improvement and until the said improvement has been finally accepted as complete by the School District 152. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids. This project titled ìRe-Roofing of Brooks Middle School and Whittier Elementary Schoolî consist of the following major elements: 1. Removal of select existing roofing materials; 2. Storage and reuse of select roofing and building components; 3. New roofing work; 4. All other work indicated on the drawings and in the project manual for this project. B. All work on this project will may be awarded to one contractor for all work or one contractor per building as determined by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to make awards for one or both buildings as determined by the Board of Education. Questions shall be submitted in writing to bidding@jmaarchitects.com.
