Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Canadian Lakes, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Removal of existing vegetation, signage, and unnecessary gravel. Construction of a new floating kayak launch with headwall, HMA parking lot, fishing pier, retaining wall, water access, concrete sidewalk, precast concrete vault restroom building, regulatory signage, interpretive signage, benches, trash & recycling bins, shoreline restoration, and relocation of existing boulders. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to Mecosta County Parks Commission in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter. Questions related to the project shall be directed to Matthew G.
