Halfacre Construction hereby solicits Bids from qualified subcontractors for the new Sarasota County - EIT Administration facility. The work consists of the following: For any questions regarding this project contact: Rick Milhoan, Pre-Construction Manager at 941-907-9099 or rmilhoan@halfacreco.com Jeremy Baker, Assistant Project Manager at 941-907-9099 or jbaker@halfacreco.com Payment and Performance Bond: Bidders with a bid of $100,000 or more shall be able to provide a 100% Payment & Performance Bond prior to commencement of work. Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted in writing to Jeremy Baker at jbaker@halfacreco.com. Cut-off date for RFI questions is January 19, 2024 at 5:00PM. No bidder may withdraw his bid within a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Construction Manager reserves the right to waive any formalities, technicalities, or irregularities in; or reject any or all bids; or to re-advertise for bids and award or refrain from awarding the Contract for the work.
