Custodial Services at East End & Norman P. Smalley Outdoor Pools, custodial services for public restrooms and custodial services at Sugar Creek Golf Course. The anticipated contract will span April 1 - November 3, 2024. Bidder Information Sheets and a Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid price must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly identified as "Custodial Services at East End & Norman P. Smalley Outdoor Pools, custodial services for public restrooms and custodial services for Sugar Creek Golf Course" and directed to the attention of the Finance Director, Elmhurst Park District. Prior to submitting a bid, it is the bidders responsibility to fully understand the scope and magnitude of the Work and to confirm its ability to supply the labor, equipment and materials necessary to properly perform the Work. The submission of a bid indicates the willingness and ability of the bidder to perform the Work under and in strict acaccordance with the terms and conditions of the Specifications and General Requirements included in the Bid Documents. The successful bidder must comply with applicable State and Federal laws, including those relating to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination. The Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, and to select the bid which in its judgment provides the services at the lowest cost, most satisfactorily meets the needs of the Park District, and in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner.
