Renovation of a municipal facility in Gaffney, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Cherokee County is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the above referenced project based on the following scope of work:Ballistic wall, door, transaction window and flooring for Transfer Court at the Cherokee County Courthouse. 1. Demo and dispose of existing ½ high wall and gate 2. Frame new 8’ long x 9’ high wall including framed openings for one 3/0 x 7/0 door and one 42’ wide x 48’ high transaction window 3. Furnish and install UL 752 Level 3 fiberglass panels on wall 4. Install and finish sheetrock on wall 5. Furnish and install one 3/0 x 7/0 stain grade ballistic interior wood core door with UL Level 3 and Hollow Metal frame. Door will have one offset view window 6’ x 24’ on lock side. View glass to be Level 3 LP 1250. Install keypad lockset. 6. Furnish and install one 42’ w x 48’ h ballistic interior arch & backer transaction window. Unit to have UL 752 Level 3: 1-1/4’ LP 1250 (laminated acrylic polycarbonate) glazing fabricated into clear satin anodized aluminum framing. Unit to have black plastic countertop with Level 3 fiberglass, stainless steel recessed currency tray with Level 3 bullet trap and arch & backer for natural sound 7. Paint new sheetrock and trim. Stain or clear finish wood door 8. Clean up and dispose of all construction debris
