RFP-Design/Build Covington Park and Curry Park. Selected bids will be based on five review components: 1) price, 2) any discounts applied, 3) design, 4) past performance on similar projects, 4) technical expertise of the firm, 5) estimated time/scheduling to complete the project from award date. The City of South Sioux City is accepting sealed bids for the design/ build and installation of two inclusive play structures for 5-12 year old at two separate locations. The two locations are: (1) Covington Park, 313 5th Avenue, and (2) Curry Park, 400 S Ridge Drive, both located in South Sioux City, NE. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid security in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion, serve the best interests of the City of South Sioux City, NE.
