**Per the owner ". The project was pushed back and probably won’t go into design until FY26 or later and construction is 2 years after design."** Design and construct a second Clear Well that meets all hydraulic requirements of the Townsend site. Clear Well must be configured to work in series with the existing Clear Well and either tank must be capable of bypass without shutting down plant production. There will need to be extensive excavation for the system to work hydraulically. This will be a 4.5M gallon tank. Project is included City of Greensboro Fiscal Year 2024-2033 CIP *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
