Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Scope: Replace an existing 30-ton computer room air-conditioning unit located in a Data Center and its associated air-cooled condensing unit with a 50-ton unit. Provide new refrigerant piping. Modify existing electrical connections as required. Remove existing ACT ceiling and modify existing sprinklers to accommodate ceiling removal. Completion-(370) days Replace one (1) existing 30-ton computer-room air-conditioning unit and it's associated aircooled condensing unit and refrigerant piping.
