Site work for a mixed-use development in Herminie, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
**As of February 23, 2024 this project has been put on hold. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. The work for this project will consist of the Contractor furnishing all labor and materials required to replace in-ground swimming pool piping (skim and jet lines), pool lights and appurtenances. All items are approximate quantities. All items are approximate quantities. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Sewickley Township. Sewickley Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
