The Board of Education of the Yough School District Will Receive Separate Sealed Proposals for Contract 23-s46-02: New Press Box, Under Multiple Prime Contracts. Contract No : General Construction 23-s46-03-02. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Base Bid; and by a Non-collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if Applicable). Project is Subject to Applicable Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.l. 987, as Amended and Supplemented. Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereof or Items Therein and to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. A Pre-bid Meeting Will Not Take Place. Bidders Are Advised to Visit the Site to Become Familiar With the Conditions.
