Scope This project consists of approximately 3,200 linear feet of 21-inch sanitary sewer line including abandonment of existing sanitary lines, and other sewer related construction, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications. Estimate: $880,000 to $1,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashiers check or certified check from a national or state bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to the City.
