Susan Kilmer Branch Library Water proofing. All Bidders are required to submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond with the Bid Form or their bid shall be rejected as non-responsive. The Project Name, Bid Number, and time and date of the Bid opening shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Facsimile responses shall not be accepted. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the County.
