Site work for a municipal facility in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This project consists of the installation of a splash pad at the Kenneth Serier pool complex. All materials and equipment have been previously procured by the City of Kennewick to include the splash pad system, A&E design plans, and splash pad system start up with the manufacturer (Aquatix by Landscape Structures). Funding source is Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
