Questions Due Date: Jan 23rd 2024, 12:00 PM CST Questions relating to this bid must be submitted in writing within online Repair of Ruts along Maintenance Berms of Flood Channels and Basins for the Harris County Flood Control District (For one (1) year beginning approximately March 01, 2024) Harris County may consider four (4) one-year renewal options, renewable one (1) year at a time, based on the same terms and conditions with future pricing for labor only revised according to the attachment titled CPI-W Based Price Adjustment Calculations. Renewal is subject to approval by Harris County Commissioners Court. A performance and/or payment bond for the full amount of the contract is required from the successful vendor(s) prior to commencement of work. The vendor shall provide a payment bond for a contract that exceeds $25,000 if utilizing subcontractors to fulfill any requirements of this bid, and a performance bond for a contract that exceeds $100,000
