Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

General the scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: - Supply and install Comfort Heater - Cut floor from existing floor access door to location of heater. Floor access door to remain and patch floor to match. - Install hot water heating piping to heater, including control valve and controls (thermostat). - Supply and install electrical connection to heater including control wiring. All wiring to be in conduit and concealed. - Coordinate BAS controls with University Controls Contractor.
