Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for the construction of a 48,717-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Construction of a new outdoor ice rink located immediately north of the 350 City Hall building, located at 350 City Hall Square West. The City Hall Square Ice Rink project consists of an outdoor ice rink and utility building on a site of approximately 48,717 sq ft (4,526 sq m). The construction work is expected to include, but is not limited to: -Hockey sized outdoor ice rink of approximately 12,917 sq ft (1,200 sq m) with a centrally located island within the rink; -Utility building to house a zamboni, ice making equipment, water feature equipment, office space and washrooms for a building exterior footprint of approximately 1,528 sq ft (142 sq m); -Water feature with recirculation system within the island; -Mechanical, electrical, security and communication upgrades/modifications throughout, complete with commissioning services; -The site servicing will include all utility services, a concrete driveway, plaza and concrete walkways, landscaping, exterior lighting, and an outdoor patio area. *City Hall will remain operational for the duration of construction.
