The City of Dania Beach, Florida (the "City" or "Owner") will be accepting sealed Bids for its "Purchase and Installation of Aluminum Shed". The City of Dania Beach, Florida (the "City" or "Owner"), is actively seeking bids from qualified Contractors (the "Contractor"), for the "Purchase and Installation of Aluminum Shed". The City is seeking a qualified Contractor for the acquisition and installation of a prefabricated aluminum shed for the Public Services Department located at 1201 Stirling Road, Dania Beach, FL 33004. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to furnish and install one (1) prefabricated aluminum shed meeting the following specifications: Dimensions: 20 feet x 36 feet Material: Aluminum Wall Height: 8 feet 9 foot x 7 foot roll-up door 1 window measuring 30 inches x 30 inches Peak vents All wood components must be pressure treated against termites. All submissions will remain confidential and exempt from public record disclosure requirements until the response opening is conducted. A Pre-Bid Conference Will Not Be Held. All bid prices shall be guaranteed firm for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the submission of the bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. Pursuant to Florida law, all Bids are exempt public records until thirty (30) days after opening, or award of bid, whichever is sooner. In the event presentations are necessary, all non-presenting bidders will be required to exit the room during the presentations of each of the other bidders as portions of selection committee meetings at which presentations are made are exempt from Florida's public meeting laws. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the submission deadline on the Bid due date referenced above using Zoom meeting software on the above stated date. Award of a contract will be made at a subsequent City Commission meeting. All bidders are advised that the City has not authorized the use of the City seal by individuals or entities responding to City bids. Bidders shall demonstrate successful performance of projects of a similar magnitude, scope and value as this project. The City Commission of the City of Dania Beach reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid and to make an award in the best interests of the City, as Owner. The City intends to award an agreement to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for the requested services specified in the ITB, taking into consideration experience, staffing, equipment, materials, references and past performance.
