Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grapevine, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Plans call for interior renovation of the city's service center facility. The building is an existing tilt-wall & steel framed building. The scope of work consists of major renovation work including some site work. Alternates include parking canopy structures & fuel station. A Responsibility Matrix has been provided in the Specifications section of this solicitation. Please refer to that document when preparing your proposals to ensure proper scope. There will be an on-site pre-bid meeting and jobsite walk on Wednesday, January 17th, at 2:00. Please make plans to attend if you are able. SEDALCO will be accepting RFIs regarding the project until close of business 01-22. Please send all inquiries, as well as proposals, to bids@sedalco.com. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 2-21-2024.
