The work under this contract consists generally of milling and overlaying of existing asphalt pavement, pavement widening, replacement of existing aeronautical lighting with light emitting diode fixtures, replacement of electrical signage and regulators, pavement grooving, pavement markings, regrading shoulder areas and ponding areas, and related work at Runway 1-19 and the vicinities thereof at Teterboro Airport, Bergen County, New Jersey. This project may be federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract.
