Reedley Municipal Airport is seeking a consultant to provide planning, engineering design and airport construction observation services for both AIP and potential non-federally funded projects. The solicited scope of services includes, but is not Iimited to, the followingtasks: * Airpod master planning, comprehensiveIand use studies and updating airpod Iayout plans(ALP) to the current FAA electronic-ALp standard may apply. . Environmental studies, assessments,and reports to include requirementsof CEQA, NEPA ! and associated regulations', and representing the City in discussions wlth regulatory agencies. * Assist in preparation and developmentof the Airpod Capital ImprovementPlan (ACIP). Prepare necessary applicationsand documentation for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airpod ImprovementProgram (AIP) grantfunding. @ Project planning and associated engineering for projects in addition to the ACIP, such as hangars, Iandside improvements,and other airport projects as may be deemed appropriate. * Project planning and associated engineering; aield civil and electrical engineering for ACIP projects including terminal, runways, and taxiwaysand associated tasks. * Miscellaneous airpodplanning, engineering and consulting supportservices as may be required from time to time by the City of Reedley. These consultant services may include representing the City in discussions with FAA regarding the work program, grant requirements and project documentation. * Special services may include. : 1. Airpod business and operationalconsulting 2. AssistingReedley Municipal Airport in the preparation of necessary applicationsfor Iocal, state, and federal grants. 3. Soils investigations,including core sampling, Iaboratory tests, quality assurance related analyses and repods. 4. Detailed mill, shop, and/or Iaboratory inspections of materials and equipment. 5. Land surveys and topographicmaps. 6. Public information and community involvement surveys, studies and activities. 7.
