Sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager until 3:00 p.m., January 18, 2024, at the Office of Construction Manager, Charles Black Construction Company, 1955 Highway 129 South, Cleveland, Georgia 30528. This unit price will also be used as well for credit back to owner for metal deck replacement less than 1,000 sq ft - Contractor to address insulation as noted in drawings. - Contractor to include 6,000 sq ft of insulation replacement in base bid.
