Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Beale AFB, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The current Mental Health (MH) Clinic (also known as Behavioral Health) is currently undersized and requires renovation and more space via an addition. The occupants and existing property will need to be moved to a Temporary Phasing Facility (TPF) during the project. The current roof of Building B-5700 is failing and requires replacement and the exterior wall systems, fenestrations, and joint sealants have aged and require repair. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $14M - $16M Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 1095 calendar days
