In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of replacing sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm/irrigation pipe and pedestrian ramps on North Northview Street between North Jetta Drive and North Weaver Circle. The work also includes roadway improvements adjacent to the new sidewalk, curb and gutter. Question Submission Deadline: January 15, 2024, 12:00pm Question Response Deadline: January 16, 2024, 4:30pm All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the online. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, January 15, 2024. Any interpretation that may alter or change the ITB will be in writing, in the form of Addenda, which will be furnished via the online. It is the Bidder's responsibility to check for Addenda before submitting bids. A Plan Holders List will be posted on the online. The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before June 3, 2024. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about March 4, 2024. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $250 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. of certified check, cashiers check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as Bid Security) issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal submitted. The right is reserved to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD.
