Reference Number 0000261807 Pricing Lump sum Question Deadline 01/16/2024 at 12:00 AM CT Manitoba Hydro is seeking suppliers for the following ITEMS: ITEM 1: Anode high potential magnesium 9lb (anode high potential magnesium 9lb c/w #10 awg solid or stranded copper wire with blue insulation suitable for direct burial bare anode size 3" x 3" x 13.5"). ITEM 2 Anode magnesium 32lb (anode high-potential magnesium 32lb c/w #10 awg solid or stranded copper wire with blue insulation suitable for direct burial bare anode size 5" x 5" x 21"). A Request for Qualified Suppliers (RFQS) is a method of supply used by Manitoba Hydro to procure goods and services as and when needed. This RFQS establishes a two-stage procurement process. The first stage is the identification of Qualified Suppliers and the award of a Framework Agreement to each. A Framework Agreement is not a contract. It sets out the process by which the contract will be created and the contract terms and conditions that will apply. The second stage of the procurement occurs as and when Manitoba Hydro requires goods. Manitoba Hydro will issue a request to Qualified Suppliers and those interested may submit a Proposal. After evaluating Proposals, Manitoba Hydro may issue a Purchase Release Order (RPO) which is a Contract for the provision of goods. The term of the Framework Agreement shall be three (3) years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
