Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removal and replacement of the existing control valve and thermostats. Replace existing carpet and carpet base in dorm rooms with new carpet tile and rubber base, move furniture to accommodate carpet replacement. Remove existing ceiling mounted lights in dorm room bedrooms, and dorm kitchens and replace with new LED lighting. Remove existing wall mounted lights in dorm washrooms and replace with new LED lighting. Scope of work to take place in Residence Suites on Level 100, Level 200, and Level 300 of Arthur Mauro Residence. Construction work to start May 1, 2024 and be completed by August 18, 2024. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
