Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**Per Addendum 3 the bid date has been extended from 02/07/24 to 02/14/24** This project consists of mechanical, fire protection, controls, and electrical work for the replacement of air handling units and electrical gear located in both Lafferty Hall and Fine Arts Guignol buildings. The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be on or before August 2, 2024 and Final Completion shall be Thirty (30) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Responses to Written Questions received no later than 1/17/2024 will be provided in an addendum issued on or about 1/24/2024.
