A timeline for the award was not yet been established Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty as provided by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the form of a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond contained in the Contract Documents for the amount of the Base Bid plus add Alternates or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid plus add alternates. Any bid guaranty must be payable to the Board of Library Trustees, and any letter of credit shall be revocable by only the Board of Library Trustees.
