Truckee Meadows Water Authority is seeking a contractor to inspect and rehabilitate approximately three (3) groundwater production wells and investigate/test pump one (1) groundwater production well all located within Washoe County. The successful bidder will perform and complete the following work: remove, inspect, and service motors and pumps, rehabilitate each well (unless otherwise noted), equip each well with a pump and all other necessary equipment for flow testing (unless otherwise noted), maintain flow equipment during testing, and replace existing pump columns, if necessary. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that Bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. Bid Security: Each Bidder's proposal must be accompanied by a copy of a cashier's check made payable to TMWA or Bid Bond acceptable to TMWA in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bidder's base Bid Proposal.
