The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to repair, modify, abrasive blast interior surfaces, repaint interior surfaces, and pressure wash exterior surfaces on the 50,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank located at Chesapeake College, 1000 College Circle, Queenstown MD 21658 Building and facility maintenance and repair services MBE Participation (%): 10.00 Small Business Reserve Designation : Yes Bidders having questions and inquiries regarding either the technical or the procurement sections of the bid documents shall be sent though MES Procurement Portal. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delayed response to bidder inquiries. The deadline for questions to be received by the Procurement Office is January 16, 2024, by 1:00 PM Intent to Bid by Jan 30, 2024 1:00 PM EST.
