Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA), through its service operator, SATCo, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Overhead Door Preventative Maintenance Inspections and Testing. There are three locations where work will be performed: 665 Cottage St., Springfield MA, 2840 Main St., Springfield MA, and 54 Industrial Dr., Northampton MA. The contract shall be for a period of three years. All inquiries should be directed to Karolina Szocik KSzocik@pvtransit.com by no later than Wednesday, January 17th before 2:00 PM. Further information can be obtained from Karolina Szocik, SATCo Purchasing Supervisor, KSzocik@pvtransit.com. The Authority reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any me prior to execution of the Contract by all pares and without any liability against the Authority. The Proposer must specify all costs and fees to be charged as well as response times to provide the services as stated in this RFP. Cost information shall be completed for each service year: 3/1/2024 - 2/28/2025 3/1/2025 - 2/28/2026 3/1/2026 - 2/28/2027
