The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the requested services, to submit bids to enter into an agreement to restore water access to Watershops Pond. This bid falls under M.G.L. Ch. 30 & sect;39M and other procurement statutes. Work includes mechanical hydro raking for vegetation removal at the key water access locations. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
