PURPOSE In order to be in compliance with federal, state and local purchasing laws, the Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for RFCSP #017-24 Cafeteria Replacement Furniture at Multiple Campuses. The estimated budget of $505,500 is based on the performed price analysis. Line items are listed separately per package. This bid can be award per line item or packaged to a single or multiple vendors based on the rating schedule and what is in the best interest of the district. The packages will consist of 5 primary campuses and 1 alternate campus. The primary campuses are, Birdville High School, Richland High School, Watauga Middle School, Foster Village Elementary and Holiday Heights Elementary. The alternate campus is John D. Spicer Elementary. The alternate campus package will be awarded if funding is available.
