The project currently has an approved total development budget of $5,701,700. The complete project includes proposed renovation and expansion to the K wing on our University Center campus. The project will consist of complete renovations of all existing spaces located within the K wing including, but not limited to, interior finishes and architectural components, mechanical and plumbing systems, power and lighting systems, technology infrastructure and audio visual systems. Also included within the project will be a 4,675 square foot building addition and associated site work. The addition will include three computer labs and a student gathering space. The project is projected to receive state funding in the amount of $2,423,200.
