A. If any Bidder contemplating submitting a Bid for the construction of the Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, the Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature within PennBid no later than Monday, January 29, 2024, at 5:00 PM. No oral questions from Bidders will be reviewed or accepted. Also, no questions will be received by the Owner. B.
