The selected Bidder shall provide all necessary general contractor services for interior and exterior rehabilitation of the project located at 3737-3747 Midway Drive, San Diego, CA 92110 comprised of one (1) structure containing sixty (62) resident units, one (1) manager's unit, one (1) lobby, one (1) service provider office, and one (1) laundry room. The contractor will meet all current ADA, CBC, UFAS and Section 504 requirements for the completion of this project. Contractor shall provide full interpretation and guidance to the Commission regarding the order of precedence amongst the various codes and shall proactively seek solutions that respect the order of precedence.
