The work under this contract consists generally of remediation of active water leak including removal and replacement of expansion joint and associated piping, perimeter flashing and waterproofing membrane, and tree replacement at the World Trade Center site, including public and back of house areas of Transportation Hub and Oculus, Memorial Museum, Performing Arts Center, and northeast corner of the Memorial North pool and vicinities thereof in New York, New York.
