Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 12, 2024, the project was awarded to Albrightson Excavating, with an awarded amount of $1,496,297.95.** The work for which bids are requested includes approximately 2400 linear feet of street and utility reconstruction consisting of; clearing and grubbing, removals, sanitary sewer and laterals, water main and services, storm sewer, excavation, grading, aggregate, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway, asphaltic paving and restoration. Specifically, reconstruction of S Dakota Avenue and Minnesota Avenue from W 1st Street to W 4th Street.
