The scope of services to be performed shall include, without limitation, those services set forth in this Agreement. St. Croix County may from time to time request the Contracting Party to perform additional services which are not set forth in this Agreement. In the event that such a request is made, the performance of such services shall be subject to the terms, conditions and contingencies set forth in this Agreement.
