**As of February 14, 2024 project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Current equipment: We have two generators on site: - 01- Generac natural gas 20 kW 480 Volt three phase. It is handling the life safety namely emergency lighting and fire alarm slash security alarm systems. This generator is sized at It feeds a transfer switch dedicated to just this generator. This generator fully loaded is running at 3.2 kW. - This generator feeds a Generac 100amp 277/480 3 phase - 02- Diesel Kohler 50 kW 480 Volt three phase. This one handles strictly the IDF room and two air conditioning units. Fully loaded, it's running at about 36 kW. That includes both (RTU's) air conditioning units along with the IDF room requirements. - This generator feeds an Olympian 100-amp 277/480 3 phase transfer switch General scope: (turnkey except for fence enclosure) Replace the Kohler 50KW diesel with a new Kohler or Generac 60 kW Diesel generator. (277/480) Extend the cement pad as needed Eliminate the natural gas 20 kW generator Replace the Olympian transfer switch with a new transfer switch sizing to remain the same. Combine life safety with the IT equipment. The fence enclosure will be handled by the school. Be completed during one of the school breaks. (at the moment, both old generators will remain property of the school and we would want it relocated to our storage facility) None of this is set in stone, we are open to any suggestions.
