Project consist of Unit Modifications at H.J. Toepfert Apartments Located at 22,32,36,38 North Summer Ave. Holyoke MA. Sub Bid Category: caulking, resilient floors, painting, plumbing, hvac, electrical work The scope of work includes restoraton and cleaning of the three-story stairwell rubber and base components, as per the drawings and as outlined in the attached ‘Nora Restoration Protocol’. Protect installed flooring as recommended by the flooring manufacturer against damage from rolling loads, other trades, or the placement of fixtures and furnishings. Painting of entire units in entirety, including all new and existing surfaces, in colors to be selected by the Architect. Work to include surface preparation and painting of all surfaces such as walls, ceilings, soffits, doors/frames/thresholds, window trim & sills, closets, shelving/clothes rod etc., and all other miscellaneous surfaces and trim, including previously painted surfaces to remain. Painting of entire stairwells at 22 & 32 N. Summer St. is also included in the project scope (CMU block walls, concrete ceilings, unit doors, frames, skylight shaft, misc. trim, metal railings/handrails/mesh; first floor to third floor in entirety).
