Summary of the Work Supply all labor, equipment, and materials to: 1. Deconstruct the chimney to the top of the flashing; 2. Rebuild the chimney using new bricks and grout that match the original; 3. Form and pour a cement cap at the top; 4. Clean and wash the entire chimney. 5. Provide pricing for additional labor & materials if the chimney must be replaced below the roof line Repair of Cabot St Chimney: remove down to top of flashing and rebuild; bricks and grout must match, form and our new cement cap, clean and wash entire chimney The City of Holyoke is requesting quotes for the repair of the chimney facing Cabot St, left of the main entrance at Wistariahurst Museum, 238 Cabot St., Holyoke, MA 01040 including all materials and labor necessary to complete the work. The chimney is leaking water into the museum. It must be taken down to the top of the flashing and rebuilt using new bricks that match the original style. Grout must match as well. The City of Holyoke is requesting quotes for the repair of the chimney facing Cabot St, left of the main entrance at Wistariahurst Museum, 238 Cabot St., Holyoke, MA 01040 including all materials and labor necessary to complete the work.
