A. Section Includes 1. Work of the Contract is shown and described in Drawings and Project Manual entitled Beaudoin Village Apartments Boiler Replacement Project Holyoke Housing Authority April 2024 Tighe & Bond, Inc. Consulting Engineers Westfield, Massachusetts 2. The Work includes the following major items: a. Demolition of existing boilers and installation of new condensing boilers and accessories. b. Installation of new boiler vents. c. Cutting and patching to allow the installation of the new boiler vents. d. Electrical work to support the boiler replacement. e. Plumbing work to support the boiler replacement. This Project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid) and consists of: Boiler replacements and associated HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.
