The City of Holyoke invites sealed bids from contractors for the VRF Conversion - McMahon School project converting the existing buildings mechanical system to a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system. Work includes new HVAC equipment, electrical upgrades, structural steel and roof modifications, hazardous materials abatement, and miscellaneous architectural ceiling and soffit work to the Lt. Elmer J. McMahon School constructed in 1961, and encompassing approx. 56,552 SF. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the CITY OF HOLYOKE.
