Power Piping Systems & HVAC Maintenance, Installations and Repairs Annual Contract. Work includes but is not limited to: Installation, replacement and/or repairs to the piping systems, gas fitting, plumbing work, and HVAC system maintenance at HG&E facilities. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. A bid deposit in the amount of $15,000 is required of all bidders. All bidders must be DCAMM certified in the Mechanical Systems and Plumbing category. Plumbing and Gas Fitter Contractors MUST be licensed by the MA Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters. A Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement are required.
